Commission T.O.S.

Please read EVERYTHING before you commission me!

Rules:

• By commissioning me, you are accepting all Terms of Service provided below.• I have the right to modify my Terms and Conditions without further notice, but the changes don't affect clients who have already agreed to the previous terms.• You must be 17+ of age to commission me!• I have the right to refuse any commission without giving a specific motive.• Pricing will be calculated based on the complexity, duration, and the time it takes to work on a song.• I do not support the use of generative AI in the creative process, and will not use such tools.• I will not accept any form of AI-generated references: only human-made references will be accepted.• I will make a 10 - 30 second sketch and go over any large revisions to the structure and style; afterwards, you'll be required to pay in full, and I will only accept smaller-to-medium revisions.• Once we've both agreed that the commission is finished, it's finished. Any future changes will require additional payment depending on the size of the change(s).• If you decide to post the commission anywhere, —regardless of where— you must credit Studi01 in some way. (Ex: "Song by Studi01" in a YouTube description)• Average delivery time is 2 weeks - 1.5 months! (delivery time may vary, depending on queue length and size of the order)• If you plan to commission a track for commercial use, I require a 15% minimum split in royalties of the net income produced. (This does not apply to "Customer-Provided Vocal / Track Mixing Orders")• I will accept 5 minutes as the max commission track length. (Does not apply to "Customer-Provided Vocal / Track Mixing Orders")• You may ask for me to post your track on my YouTube / Spotify / etc., though I have the right to refuse to do this for any reason!• All of Studi01's Background Music / Videogame Soundtrack Examples are for private enjoyment and may not be redistributed online.• If a remix / cover is distributed onto streaming platforms, you must ensure you have the proper licensing to do so. Studi01 is not responsible for any takedowns or claims involving such notices. (This also applies if being sold commercially)

I will not do:
• Instrumental tracks that last over 5 minutes• Songs that contain any form of hate speech (rasicm, homophobia, transphobia, anti-lgbtq+, etc.)⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣ ‧₊˚✧I will do:
• Original Instrumentals / Vocals• Remixes (must provide a mechanical license if being posted anywhere besides YouTube or if being sold commercially)• Vocal Covers (must provide appropriate licensing if being posted anywhere besides YouTube or if being sold commercially)• OST Soundtracks• Mix Customer-Provided Vocals / Instrumentals• Use Customer-Provided Samples, Voice Memo Recordings, and / or Song Examples for Reference / Inspiration if provided.⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣ ‧₊˚✧
