Commission T.O.S.

Please read EVERYTHING before you commission me!

Rules:

• You must be 17+ of age to commission me!• I have the right to refuse any commission if I don’t feel comfortable with an idea!• I take full payments upfront!• For Vocal / Track Mixing Commissions, I will make you a 30 second free demo, to see if you would like to continue with the commission, afterwards you'll be required to pay in full.• Once we've both agreed that the commission is finished, it's finished. Any future changes will require additional payment.• If you decide to post the commission anywhere, —regardless of where— you must credit Studi01 in some way. (Ex: YouTube description, video title, video credits)• Average delivery time is 2 weeks - 2 months! (delivery time may vary, depending on queue length and size of order)• If you plan to use the song you are commissioning for commercial purposes, I require a 15% minimum split in royalties of the net income produced. (This does not apply for "Customer-Provided Vocal / Track Mixing Orders")• The max length of a commission I will do is 5 minutes! (This also applies to mixing-only commissions)• You may ask for me to post your track on my YouTube / Spotify / etc., though I have the right to refuse to do this for any reason!• All of Studi01's Background Music / Videogame Soundtrack Examples are for private enjoyment and may not be redistributed online.

I will not do:
• Songs over 5 minutes• Songs that include hate speech (rasicm, homophobia, transphobia, anti-lgbtq+, etc.)⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣ ‧₊˚✧I will do:
• Original Instrumentals / Vocals• Remixes (must provide a mechanical license if being posted anywhere besides YouTube or if being sold commercially)• Vocal Covers (must provide appropriate licensing if being posted anywhere besides YouTube or if being sold commercially)• OST Soundtracks• Mix Customer-Provided Vocals / Instrumentals• Use Customer-Provided Samples, Voice Memo Recordings, and / or Song Examples for Reference / Inspiration if provided.⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣⌣ ‧₊˚✧
